Serviced Apartments are an alternative form of accommodation to a hotel providing a home from home environment. Serviced Apartments can be booked just like a hotel for variable periods starting from one night or as long as you wish. The typical serviced apartment offers a fully fitted kitchen, home laundry facilities, home entertainment, WiFi as well as bedrooms, en-suite bathroom and living/dining space. Some serviced apartments provide much more.
Serviced Apartments are usually cheaper than a hotel, especially when you consider that you are charged by the apartments and not per person. They are also more spacious and provide a home from home environment ideal for leisure, families, corporate and entertaining. Not all serviced apartments are cleaned every day but most would provide fresh linen and towels at least once a week but often more frequently.
Whilst some serviced apartments provide basis tea, coffee etc some have on-site facilities or have arrangements with local gymnasiums, restaurants etc. Serviced Apartments often have a concierge service but smaller privately owned serviced apartments may provide a meet and greet service similar to self catering holiday accommodation.
